Quick Ocugen update after the latest SEC filing and shareholder meeting.

The biggest takeaway: no reverse split was approved or implemented at the meeting. That removes one near-term concern for now.

Also, Mohamed Genead is no longer just interim CMO. He has now officially been appointed Chief Medical Officer, which brings some leadership stability after Huma Qamar’s departure.

Operationally, the story is unchanged: OCU400 and OCU410ST are fully enrolled, OCU410 is moving toward Phase 3 discussions, and management is still targeting multiple BLA submissions through 2028.

Financially, the recent $130M convertible note financing extended the expected cash runway into 2028 and allowed Ocugen to repay the Avenue debt.

So the thesis has shifted. This is no longer mainly a survival/funding story. It is now an execution story.

Next things to watch: OCU400 BLA progress, FDA/EMA alignment for OCU410, OCU410ST data, partnerships, and any further management changes.

Still high risk, but the setup is now clearer.
