Expedition Bug Reset

So... I ran into a strange bug tonight, you know, the kind of depressive one, I started playing the expeditionfirst day, I've ben farming, doing missions and I'm at the same point as anybody else so far.

Since it's long one, I decided to exit the expedition regularly to continue some side quests ... Yet, tonight after I a few ones I went back to the expedition console in the anomaly only to trigger this screen:

Yup, the only option I have is to start the expedition again, not go back into. Have you guys already encountered this bug, managed to come back to a normal situation and if so, how did you solve the problem?

I'm actually not really eager to start over again...
