My Friend got two split-second calls from me but I never called him?

Don't know if this is the correct place to ask whats up here. Basically I see I have 2 missed calls from my friend. He then messages me asking why I called him then didnt pick up when he called me back. Basically he got a couple calls that appeared to be from me that only appeared for a split second, only issue is I never called him and I was watching something on my phone with it propped up on my desk whilst using my desktop PC for gaming in the background so wasnt even touching my phone to be able to call someone. I'm on a Samsung S24 Ultra, he's on an iPhone of some sort. Links to images: First screenshot is from me, second is from him (it's confusing as we have the same name. I am Nathaniel in his phone, he's Nate in mine). As you can see he received 2 incoming calls, but I only missed the two of his.
