My(19m) situationship/friend/idk(19f) what texted again

So Lil context met 2 months on reddit on a comment I just ranted and fkalll shit in a comment she texted back we talked about people, relationship, Longing everything. I didn't thought much of that as I have romantically alone my whole life yeah it izz what it izz, but i slowly nurtured and we (I don't know about her I did) got emotionally attached and we talked about random shit , got quirky😀 to I felt intiative from her too , so i thought it is good .

Then in a moment of confusion I kinda confessed (asked what we are, I wanna know her) implicit ask out . She didn't reply to that , I got anxious but held on then accepted as a friend then she started push-pull attention I broke it off , then out of a sudden

she texted back she was gone due to some medical emergency (she didn't even let me know i texted her 4-5 times) then after that i apologised for the sake of it like really convincigly apologize but I knew now I am getting ick in this connection,

then after some again became dry , then i she ghosted for me 1 day i broke it and blocked her now I don't why i unblocked her she texted back on something , being the helpless man I am i am gonna respond

Tldr Met a girl on Reddit, got emotionally close fast, asked what we were, got ghosted, she came back with a "medical emergency" excuse, I apologized anyway even though I was already losing interest, things went cold, I blocked her, now I unblocked her and she texted back. Idk what to do.
