My Connext Global Application Experience
Kamusta Pilipinas? I just like to share my personal experience applying at Connext Global Solutions. I applied sa Jobstreet first week of Feb and I received an email from the company Feb 7 thanking me for my application. I waited and was interviewed by the recruiter a week after. I received an email about pre-employment assessment Feb 17. I signed up a recruitment form and had a tests like the usual for BPO companies like to check your personality and typing. Nacomplete ko naman siya that day and then I received another email for client assessment same day. Feb 19 I was set for the client interview. Feb 20 I received the good news and signed the job offer by the 21st.
Everything was so fast for me. I started working first week of March. What I love about Connext is actually yung company culture nila (not to mention mas malaki offer sa pay). I worked before in ACN, CVG, and other top BPO companies in the Philippines, and Connext offers equally leveled training and benefits. We has a summer camp last March at different locations nila like Angeles City sa Pampanga, Davao, and Manila. We also have Connext Cares, wherein employees who experienced fire, sickness, loss, theft and those who were affected by natural calamities were financially assisted.
I'm also thankful na I found a work from home job from this company. I started freelancing since 2016 and WFH ako ever since. I also had WFH from ACN but only lasted for a year because they require employees to report onsite na. Currently, Connext is offering WFH jobs that interested applicants can check on LinkedIn and FB. We're about over 2,700 employees na and growing. Unlike freelancing na pwede kang maloko, mas maganda na to apply sa mga legit companies. There are many top outsourcing companies in the Philippines and I can say na Connext is one of them. But Connext is not actually a traditional outsourcing nor a BPO company. It is a co-sourcing company, wherein our clients have more control sa recruitment, tasks, and overall work ng employee. It's like having an extension of their business.
Like ACN, maaga rin magpasahod si Connext, usually a day before meron na and if the pay date falls on a weekend, meron na ng Friday. If there's one thing siguro na masasabi ko is mas maganda sana if Maxicare ang HMO. Right now it's Medicard. More hospitals cover Maxicare and mas mabilis ang process if Maxicare dito sa province namin.
I hope this helps all people na gusto mag-apply sa Connext. Just be patient and take all assessments and follow all steps. Make sure that your background is related and swak sa applyan niyo. I submitted like 20 to 50 applications sa Jobstreet and thankful ako talaga na I found this company. i hope you'll find yours, too. And of course, prayer can make a big difference. Best of luck and have a great day po!
