Rattle/Squeak not covered under CPO warranty?

Was told that by DTLA Porsche today. Was pretty ticked they didn't tell me that before I made the appointment

They state that the issues I've stated (side mirror folding squeak + steering wheel column plastic trim panel rattles) would've been covered under the original manufacturer's warranty but not CPO. Is that a load of crap?

The car is 2025 Cayenne Coupe. Does the original manufacturer's warranty expire when it becomes a CPO?
