1. Compound V-The Boys. Compound V is a blue chemical substance that grants superpowers to living beings, including animals. It was originally created by German scientist Frederick Vought to create super soldiers for the Nazis, and is now mass produced by Vought Industries to turn ordinary people into Supes. It works by mutating a person's organic compounds and giving them strange characteristics. The powers a Supe might get are completely random, though certain factors might play a role in determining what they are. Although the most preferred way to give someone Compound V is by intravenous injection, it can also be ingested, such as animals drinking water contaminated with Compound V

2. Trigger-My Hero Academia. Introduced in My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, Trigger is a drug capable of enhancing a person's Quirk at the cost of that person losing their sanity and mutating into a monster. It is produced in many regions of the world, with varying qualities. For example, an American version of Trigger might last an hour or two, but Asian versions are mostly of poor quality and their effects only last a few minutes. It is mostly taken by villains, with those affected by it being called "Next-Level Villains". Because of the fact that it's mostly distributed by villains, Trigger has been made illegal in many countries, though there is a legal version of Trigger used to stop baldness and erectile dysfunction, but that can't be used without a license to sell pharmaceuticals. There is also a more dangerous variant of Trigger named "Ideo-Trigger", which has the same abilities as standard Trigger, except it causes the person to go on an uncontrollable rampage and turn their tongue black
