how and where to prepare for biotechnology net 4 prep 2026? (help cri, you seniors)

i am a pre med federal student of class 12 and my boards are currently going ..i did not give the previous 3 nets as i planned to give the 4rth net and now i am confused from which site or yt video or book to prepare from as i dont wanna take a gap year and ive heard that nust is good for biotechnology so plss help where should i study for biotechnology(punjab book, oetp, federal 11 and 12 book read or do formative slos)so in net 4 so i can score the 150+ also i think i will have around 7 days or 5 to prepare for that because my boards are still going :c
