Two years positive and ASCUS

this is my second year in a row high risk HPV positive (no typing done), ASCUS, and scheduled my second colposcopy. I’m so defeated. I’m so tired of dealing with this. I have tried so much this last year to clear it and nothing. Still have it and still have ASCUS. I got the shots, tried to improve my immune system, priorities sleep, etc.
