Interviewing with a company and haven't heard back in over a week, should I reach out?

I had my final interview almost two weeks ago after 5 rounds with a company. They told me that they would be making their decision and move forward with a candidate by last Friday. I've heard nothing all of this week. Should I reach out to the recruiter? What do I say?
