Anyone else have Cigna and stressed about UC San Diego potentially getting dropped?

Just got a letter in the mail that said that due to their inability to renew their agreement, UC San Diego and affiliated providers will all be out of network starting July 1, 2026. Like wtf. That’s no notice at all. Stressed about potentially having to find all new providers, especially since my spouse has been getting treatment at Jacobs for an ongoing medical issue. Anyone else in the same boat?
