Training plans

Does anyone here know of any training plans for Hyrox? Seems like tons of people make pdfs on instagram and things like that but you don’t really get to talk to them or it’s not really tailored for you. Is there any apps doing a good job or anything like that? I’m training for Hyrox DC and trying to figure out a good way to structure it.
