Would the Truthear Pure be a bad beginner 1st buy for gaming?

Looking to get an IEM for at home PC gaming to replace my headphones since for longer sessions they start to hurt my earlobes.

Honestly have no idea what all these terms mean when talking about bass/neutral/warm/etc, but just from watching a few reviewers on YT like Crinacle, Fresh Reviews, & Dracomies review them positively overall.

Mainly want it for Indie (Rougelites) + FPS games like Valorant/Deadlock if that matters.
