22M, never been on a date, advice needed

I graduated college a few weeks ago and it got me thinking about how I'd never been on a date or had anything short-term. I feel like, I should have all the "on-paper" stats. In college I was in a frat, was on the debate team, lifted 5x a week and played club basketball. I graduated college with a 4.0 GPA and am about to start work at a name-brand company, making good money... But I guess it just hasn't converted into any actual dates at all, unfortunately. I've completely struck out, when asking out girls in-person I went 1 for 25, only for the one acceptance to cancel the date. I've had just 3 matches on Tinder in the past 2 months, and they didn't lead anywhere. Idk what I am doing wrong.
