Going from grade level math to above grade level math

My daughter was placed in grade level math this year, the teacher thinks she be placed in above grade level math next year. She will have a gap in knowledge that we are going to try and close before the start of next year.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Any good workbooks or learning tools for the summer?
