Paternity test

Legal

Me again. My soon to be ex husband is saying that he’s required to get a dna test before he can pay child support. That the Navy requires it. But we were married when our youngest was born and he signed an acknowledgment of paternity for our oldest. I’m assuming that this isn’t true because it makes no sense. Anyone in the Navy or works with the Navy that can confirm or deny? These children are 100% his. He’s already told me he doesn’t think our youngest is his. It just pisses me off to no end that he’s trying to turn this whole situation onto me like I wasn’t a loyal wife. I already told him I’m not doing anything unless he gets me a court order.
