Summer sport pack

Is anyone else not able to open the special summer sport packs, in the boxes for sale? At first I could. I got a couple parallels. Than it started freezing on me. I have to do a hard reset on my phone. & when I open the app again, I can only open the pack by hitting the play button. & when I do that I’m not getting a parallel, only 250 in gold. Even though it’s advertised as 500. I got no answer from customer service. Is it just me?
