Salad bar Pastas, can I buy tubs of it?

Our local morrisons has been putting tubs of pasta out into the clearance isle still in the hard plastic box they arrive in, I'm curious as a customer am I able too ask the deli counter and buy these outright whenever?

A salad box Is £4 or something now, looking at the reduced sticker they sell the 1.8kg tubs for £7.50 outside of bacon bits or croutons I almost always eat a single pasta item from the bar so If I could just buy them outright and freeze for later I'd love it.
