Boil like soft lump?

I just found this soft, almost blister or boil like bump on my dog’s thigh. I’ll post a pic in the comments. Any idea what this is?

Breed lab mix, F, Spayed, age 13. Hx of cardiac disease, pulm htn, cancer of unknown (currently in workup to decipher which round cell cancer).
