How to get out of a toxic environment (spell work)

I’m currently living with my mum (who has narc tendencies) & I want to move country to live with my long term partner.
I’ve done a road opener (read somewhere you should do them often tho)
I’ve done a couple protection spells against her energy (invoking Hekate)
I was advised on the witchcraft sub not to do a cord cutting because I still want her in my life (I just don’t want to live with her / have her energetic claws in me)
I’ve lost touch with my craft a bit since living with her because I feel I have to be so private about it.
Hekate has always come through to me as a motherly presence, so I feel called to ask for her help with this (& she is the queen of the crossroads) but lately I’ve found my guides / deities to be rather quiet (probably because I’ve lost touch)
Lately though I have been seeing some very quirky spiders, a bit out of the ordinary for the UK

I have occasionally poured libations as offerings of thanks to Hekate but I can never really tell if they’ve been received by her…
