We need to talk about the C train…

Service along the Fulton local stations through Bed-Stuy/Clinton Hill/Fort Greene is pretty infrequent despite seemingly decent (and growing) ridership.

Is there a reason the MTA can’t reallocate some service from the A to the C, or at least reduce C headways from the current 12-15 minutes?
