I need to change my PC after 8 years

Hi, I need to buy a PC and found this one, I'm from México, and it's $812, I'm a designer, and need it for stuff like AutoCAD, Fusion, and games like Paralives, that's not my neighbor, I've been using a laptop from 2018, 8GB of ram, but it's starting to be slow when using Adobe, I know almost nothing about building a PC so I wanna ask if the stuff that comes with the CPU are good or if I could buy something better with the same amount of money
