Tudor city va ground floor terrace with a cat
help, please! I am choosing btw very beautiful Tudor city apt (high rise floor) with a balcony and ground floor apt with a private terrace. I would move to ground floor for my cat (13 y.o. Male rescue), but while I love Tudor city one, doesn’t look safe for a cat knowing the sturdy nets cannot be installed and their balcony looks unsafe even for humans? Thanks!!
