[UPD] Shifting to BS Community Nutrition

Hello po! I'm planning to shift po to community nutrition although I failed chem 16 once but managed to pass it on my retake. Counted pa rin po ba yung first take sa cwa computation? And is it possible po ba to get a slot with a cwa of just around 2 or should I non major muna to try and raise my grades?
