non-fiction books for when you’re in your slut era?

Slut is not meant negatively here!!! In fact this question was sparked by me looking into reading The Ethical Slut but realizing it‘s more about poly relationships than actually navigating being in a time in your life when you’re having a decent amount of casual sex.

I’m wanting something regarding bodily autonomy, on staying safe, on getting the most out of hookups and no strings attached and friends with benefits situations as a single person. Bonus points if it’s from a queer author/about trans/sapphic people!
