What information do you wish you knew before visiting a church?

When visiting a church for the first time, what information do you wish you knew beforehand?

Not the obvious things like service times, denomination, or location.

I’m talking about things you usually don’t discover until you’ve attended for weeks or months.

Examples:
- How welcoming is the community?
- Is it easy to make friends?
- How healthy is the leadership?
- Are people authentic or mostly putting on a Sunday face?
- Is there a culture of serving or a culture of consuming?
