Insurance issue for Signatura test

Survivor

Hi folks! I have a question for folks who may be past active treatment, like myself. Does anyone have any guidance, suggestions, or recommendations for getting the Signatura test approved by insurance? I have had two of these tests which were approved by insurance and all of a sudden a third-party utilization review company has come back to say the test is not necessary because it is investigational and there is no indication that it will “benefit” me. I am terrified that not having access to this test will mean that we don’t find out about a cancer reoccurrence until too late. I’m so glad to be passed the active part of my treatment, and I am so frustrated that I just got this information. Thank you!!
