Blockees not arriving

so recently I bought an Optimus prime model kit off of the blockees website, I live in Florida USA and it was expected to arrive on the 10th which is yesterday and it said it might arrive on the 11th which is today and now it's towards the end of the day and I still don't have the package so I was wondering if this is just a me thing or if anyone else has the same issue. I would have reached out but both blockies and the Shop app and any form of tracking that they supposedly offer are extremely unhelpful
thanks in advance!
