Focused intention in non ordinary states

I was listening to Dean Radin today on JRE and he was talking about how they have scientifically observed and demonstrated this phenomenon repeatedly in psychic and manifestation type situations.

I can personally say from my own personal experiences that this has happened to me. There have been multiple times when I was in a very different head space than normal and boom exactly what I asked the universe for showed up almost immediately.

I have done the robotic affirmations, living in the end, positive woo woo stuff and nothing, but this, I have seen and experienced.
