Is joining the cohost network worth it?

We’ve been renting out our spare MIL unit for the last year and consistently ranking Superhost & top 5-10% in guests choice. I was just checking and it seems we are now eligible to join the cohost network in our city as well.

Is anyone here in the cohost network or have tried it in the past? How much do you earn per month? Do you find the effort required worth it?
