Is my A15 5G unlocked?

I bought a used A15 5G from facebook marketplace with no sim inserted yet. The manufacturer says DISENADO Y DESARROLLADO POR SAMSUNG. And the sim status all reads Not Available. Why is the default text in spanish.

Im concerned not sure if its locked or unlocked.
