Put Usage Credits toward Upgraded Plan

Hey! I currently have the Pro Plan ($20pm) and also bought some usage credits for the instances I ran out of usage. I very quickly realised that the credits are not good value for money. I'd prefer to put that expense towards the 5x plan. Is this at all possible?
