motivation spell

hi! I've been looking through my books and social media and can't seem to find exactly the spell I'm looking for, I have a obscenely hard time keeping a routine and have no motivation to do so, I want to finally have motivation to work out, meditate, brush my teeth, shower, cook, and take care of my skin and just general self everyday to better my quality of life. is there a spell or routine you guys do to aid in this?
