hopper set up

Got the part I needed, followed the install guide, to hopper is on BUT,

In the app I get a message the hopper was setup and it is no where listed on the app, no controls. I hit add device and select hopper and it says "No robots", yet Im clearly using the robot it is on the app. I've seen other posts with this exact problem but I don't understand the solutions, one of them just shows it already listed under the robot, which on my app it does not.
