Unable to activate reward Google Play card

I am using Google Translate.

I am unable to use the Google Play card I received as a reward. I received a 14-digit code without hyphens. It should have been a 16-digit code. I checked two of the four codes, but neither could be activated. Feedback has been submitted. Please address this matter as soon as possible.
