Somebody have any idea on paymentico support with lost tokens?

Hi, I have made a payment to an adult website for tokens through paymentico using gpay, my amount has been deducted from my bank account associated with gpay, their upi id, to another upi id, the qr of which displayed by paymentico but the tokens weren't credited to my account. I reached out to their given support email but no response yet and no tokens credited so far. :(
