Weird skin symptoms

I am dealing with hormonal issues and have noted my skin is looking rough. I see all my lines and folds, red pinpricks, red acne marks (I think PIE) come out more, I see way more skin dimpling/cellulite, rashes, and I am super bloated. Does anyone else get these? Not sure if this is from my MCAS since the summer heat and humidity isn’t helping lol
