Is my gpu cooked?

A few days ago I started to have problems with my pc where randomly (most times during loading screens in video games) my pgu nvidia rtx 3060 ti zotac seems to power off (lights goes off, fans stop spinning) and screen goes black like its turned off, the only way to go back is by restarting the computer.

reinstalled windows 11 to see if it would help also have an old gpu (amd radeon RX 5600 XT) to check and it worked fine for several hours then the same problem happens.

Now the problem got worse and I have no image at all after rebooting with my current gpu. When trying with the old one it works SOMETIMES after several boots without screen.

hyperx fury ddr4 16gb x2
