Replacement for Apple display

Hi all,

Today my 27-inch Thunderbolt Display stopped working after years of use. I am looking for a replacement. I mainly use it for work (coding and data) Watching sports, movies and shows. I have a separate monitor for gaming so I don’t need a high refresh rate.

I was looking at the Samsung Viewfinity S8. But wanted to see if there were any other recs for really crisp screens. I don’t really want to spend the money on a new Studio Display, but if it’s truly the best option then let me know. I do not do visual art or graphics for work so didn’t think it was necessary,
Just want some quality for movies.
