HELP PLEASE, monitor with underscan but the buttons on it dont work

i can open the menu, i can select things but the up,down,left and right buttons dont work, i know some graphics card softwares can stretch the screen but AMD adrenaline on my Rx 590 dont have that option, is there some software to resize the screen so i can get rid of the black borders? i think the image is slightly curved too, i searched for a while but couldnt find anything helpful
