Object spotted over north Hollywood between 3p-3:10p heading northwest

Sighting

I was facing east looking up when I noticed a flickering white bluish light. I took off my shades and could hardly see it. It was easier to see it with my shades on (fyi they are polarized lenses). I have a video of it and tracked it til it was gone but nothing remarkable came out of it. It was floating across the sky slowly, much like a satellite though I found it weird cuz I could see it much better with the shades on. This was even demonstrated when I put my shades over the camera lens.

So I’m just curious is this even something worth discussing? Are objects floating in space easier to see during daylight using sunglasses? Or is that aspect unusual?

Let me know your thoughts. It didn’t exhibit anything extraordinary but answers are what I’m really on this sub for. I can also post the video if needed. Thanks!
