Road Trip Vancouver to Eugene Oregon

Hi I am going to watcha track meet at Hayward Field in Eugene Oregon and I am going from Vancouver Canada
What would the most scenic route be to get there?
What are some nice stops I can make on the way there or the way back?
Im thinking of going for 3 days right now but I could extend it to 4.
