socially behind

i feel like i have the worst social skills ever. sometimes i go mute if there’s a group discussion because i can’t contribute anything. i can’t show my personality to others so i just act overly nice. my mannerisms are so awkward, i can’t make eye contact and my voice is quiet and high pitched.
even when im around people younger than me i still have that feeling of inferiority.

i desperately want to fix this because its leading to me not really having friends and not fitting in at any of my jobs.
