Summer sublease - Private room + bath (>1 mile from campus)

I'm looking for someone to sublease my room for the summer.

I will be moving out on June 12th, but the lease goes until August 26th, with option to extend for next school year. It's a one bedroom + bath at the Highlander North Campus apartments. Rent is $899 a month + possible fees like a parking spot and I'm willing to negotiate a discount. There are 3 other UCR students living in the apartment. Amenities include air conditioning, in-house laundry, 24/7 gym and trash pickup. It is a nice area close to campus as well as many food places and a grocery store.
