I know everyone here is glazing Nobara but here are some issues I've had with it
There isnt any decent image opening software and for some reason the windows version outclassed any image opener I've been able to find.
For some reason copy and paste doesnt quite qork all the time. Now this hasnt happened in the past few days so maybe it was fixed.
Figuring out how to connect my drawing tablet was hard. I dont know if this was on account of the drawing tablet being faulty or nobara or linux since I havent ever connected a screened drawing tablet to windows.
When turning on my computer, the login screen is very glitchy looking. This only happens with the drawing tablet.
The UI looks like its trying way to hard to impress you. I just want the UI to look like a normal computer.
I guess Nobara is fine. It's better than Windows 11 and I dont feel like switching to a different distro.
The upsides are that I dont have issues running games, and I was able to get modded skyrim working fine. I dont know if that's on account of Nobara and steam.
Unlike mint, Nobara doesnt have issues with extra monitors.
Nobara doesnt have random slowdowns like mint.
Anyways I guess Nobara is fine I just wished it looks better. I dont feel like switching to a different OS. Good luck to glorious eggroll.
