The unit is available starting asap (flexible). The unit is fully furnished and includes an in-unit washer/dryer and TV, making it super convenient and move-in ready.

The building also has great amenities like a gym, rooftop pool, study lounges, and modern common spaces—perfect for students or anyone staying in LA short-term. The building is also really close to the metro station which makes it perfect to go around LA. Also you can get a parking spot if you’d like to!
