Reinstall Windows 11 via ISO file

Open | Software

Hello

I would like to know if I reinstall my Windows using a ISO file, would all my Data saved on D: be safe?

For context, I have only one physical SSD in my PC and I split them into 2 partitions, one C: where Windows is currently installed and one D: for all my data...

My question is, if I now just run the Setup.exe in the mounted ISO File, and the screen comes if I want to keep my files or apps and files or nothing, and I press on "nothing", will the complete C: where Windows is installed get wiped or my D: drive too? Because I want to completely reinstall Windows, thats why C: needs to be wiped, but I don't want D: with my data to be touched. Does it work this way?
