Weird lighting flickering in all games?

I get this weird flickering near all light sources in videogames.

My specs are RTX 3070, 12700KF CPU and 16 DDR4 RAM.

It happens in Super Mario Odyssey and 13 sentinels. Normal games on my PC run just fine
