Is intj actually rare?

Whenever i’ve been googling anything related to intj, I always see at least one thing stating how intj is a rare personality type. Is it actually rare? Could any mbti type actually be considered rare? Or is this just in relation to people stereotyping personality types to act certain ways and assuming they are rare?
