Practicing with an iPad

Question

I have so many books (PDFs), lessons/master classes, guitar pro files, links (online articles, Instagram videos, etc.), example audio and backing tracks, and even old OLGA .txt files stored in my iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or in Notion.

I've collected so much, but I have a hard time working through them because I don't like being on a computer while I practice. I find it distracting. Paper allows me to focus so much more. But being able to slow down music to play along and learn, as well as working through full courses with video is so valuable.

However, I do like using my iPad because it's more limited, I can turn off notifications, and I've got a paper-like screen protector, so it even feels the part. However, having Files, Preview, Amazing Slow-Downer, a metronome app, and maybe another app or two all open at the same time is really cluttered and difficult to manage. It also requires set-up time any time I want to practice.

I want something that I can just open, pop in, and see everything all in one place, but I'm aware this doesn't really exist.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to best manage all those different options or how to best study on an iPad?
